All sales are final and cannot be changed after the order is submitted.

We only offer in store credit refunds or product replacements if the product arrives damaged. Products received damaged must be documented with pictures and emailed with order and contact information to hello@theevergreenshop.com to be considered for a refund or replacement.

Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday and shipping information cannot be changed once the order is submitted. Orders placed on Holidays and weekends are shipped the first business day following. Residential orders are shipped, by a shipper of our choice, and arrive generally within 1-3 business days depending on what time of the day the order is placed.  Orders delivered to PO Boxes are handled by USPS and arrive generally in 2-5 business days. Customers will receive tracking information either the business day of or the first business day that follows the day the order was placed.
