Yes! The Evergreen Shop is open to everyone looking for high-quality wellness products. Some products you have to create an account to purchase. If a product you are trying to purchase shows "Request Approval" Click the button and fill out your information and we will accept you ASAP so you can order!

Some of our product lines are only able to be sold to people who are behind our firewall of approved purchasers. All you have to do is click the "Request Approval" fill out your information and we will review your request ASAP.
Once you have been accepted you will have access to all of our products. All you have to do is login the next time your on our website and everything is able to be purchased.

We do our best to keep our website full, but occasionally a popular item may be temporarily unavailable.
For The Evergreen Shop Products: You can click the "Notify Me When Available" button on the product page. We will send you an automated email, the second it's back in stock.
For Standard Process: Since this ship directly from the manufacturer, we follow their real-time availability. If an item is on backorder, it will be clearly marked on the product page with an estimated restock date.

Quite possibly! We maintain a separate inventory for our in-person patients at the Rapha Health & Wellness office. If an item is out of stock online, feel free to email us at hello@theevergreenshop.com.
If we have it on the shelf, we can:
- Manually process an order for you to pick up in person.
- Manually process an order and ship it to you directly from the office.

For safety reasons, all sales are final including subscription orders. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy along with our Subscription Policy at the top of this page.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

To ensure you get the freshest professional-grade supplements as quickly as possible, we use a dual-shipping system:
- Standard Process Products: These are shipped directly from the Standard Process facility to your door.
- All Other Brands & Products: Items from our other curated brands are shipped directly from The Evergreen Shop warehouse.

If your order includes both Standard Process products and other items from our shop, you will receive two separate packages. They may arrive on different days depending on the carrier, but don’t worry, they are both on their way!

We have two separate shipping tiers.
If you are purchasing Standard Process products, you must purchase $150 or more to reach their free shipping tier. There products come from their warehouse so they determine shipping costs on their products. If you don't meet their minimum the cost is $7.00
If you are purchasing any other products from our website the free shipping tier is $125 and above. These products come from The Evergreen Shop. If you don't meet our minimum the cost is $10.00 to ship with express shipping at $17.00.
If you don't meet either minimum and you have products from Standard Process and The Evergreen Shop you will have a $17.00 combined shipping rate.
How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking numbers for each part of your shipment. You’ll be able to follow your Standard Process package and your Evergreen package separately.

Yes! If you are local, you can skip the shipping fees. During checkout, select "Local Pickup" as your delivery method. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected.

Subscriptions are recurring purchases for your favorite products. You select your delivery frequency upon your first purchase, and future orders are automatically billed and shipped to you!

Yes! For your convenience, you can set up "Subscribe & Save" for your most-used supplements from both Standard Process and TES. You can modify or cancel these through your account portal.
What changes can I make to my subscription?

Changes in your subscription include pauses, skips, cancellations, product swaps, product additions, product removals, and changes to billing information. If you are unable to make specific changes to your subscription, please contact the storefront owner for further assistance. All changes and management of your account are accessible in your account tab at the top of the page(person icon).

You can make various changes to your subscription using you customer portal which is accessible from your account page. After you login to your account page, select Manage Subscription to access your subscriptions.
