Refund policy

All sales are final and cannot be changed after the order is submitted.

We only offer in store credit refunds or products replacements if the product arrives damaged. Products received damaged must be documented with pictures and emailed with order/contact information to hello@theevergreenshop.com to be considered for a refund/replacement.

Once your order is submitted to us, we cannot change or cancel an order until the product is received by you. All returns of products are subject to this Return Policy.

Subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your Subscription is not transferable. We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at our sole discretion. Your payment details will be stored securely in alignment with our Privacy Policy. You'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. We are unable to alter or updated payment methods. All changes must be done in your customer account. In your customer account you are also responsible to update order qualities, duration, and payment before your subscription is processed and paid for. Once your subscription is processed and paid for, we are not able to alter the shipment or make any additional changes. 
All subscriptions have to be in use for two orders until they can be canceled.
